Fields<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Host the MKN<\/li>\n<li>Provide the infrastructure and organizational capacity to advance the mission of the MKN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MKN Co-Directors (Gadanidis and Kotsopoulos)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with the Ministry of Education<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the KNAER Secretariat<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the other newly formed knowledge networks, when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the strategic direction of the MKN<\/li>\n<li>Develop annual reporting structures for the CoPs and the MKNs<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and organize the collection and dissemination of the annual reports of the CoPs<\/li>\n<li>Chair all meetings of the MKN-AP<\/li>\n<li>Complete annual reports of the MKN for submission to the Ministry<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the content developed for the web pages<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the budget \u2013 annually and over the term of the agreements<\/li>\n<li>Engage in activities to enhance MKN and to build towards a sustainable model beyond the term<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and build relationships with potential additional sources of funding for KM, research and outreach<\/li>\n<li>Write funding applications<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the CME Co-director MKN designate about Fields related matters to be shared with Fields<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CME Co-Director (Martinovic)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Represent CME in the MKN<\/li>\n<li>Represent MKN at CME outreach activities such as the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fields.utoronto.ca\/activities\/workshops\/mathed-forum\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fields Mathematics Education Forum<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fields.utoronto.ca\/programs\/outreach\/cognitivescience\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fields Cognitive Science Network<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fields.utoronto.ca\/programs\/outreach\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Outreach<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fields.utoronto.ca\/honours-and-fellowships\/margaret-sinclair-memorial-award\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Margaret Sinclair Memorial Award<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Participate in the activities and decision making of MKN-AP<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Fields on behalf of the MKN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fields Deputy-Director (Huang)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact and local coordinator at Fields for the MKN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MKN Executive (Gadanidis, Kotsopoulos and Martinovic)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide input on the strategic direction of the MKN<\/li>\n<li>Review of annual reports of the MKN<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the events of the MKN-AP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MKN Knowledge Mobilization Coordinator (Figov)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide administrative support to the MKN<\/li>\n<li>Collect and assemble data and reports for the CoPs<\/li>\n<li>Perform web site maintenance and updates<\/li>\n<li>Support dissemination efforts of the MKN<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the MKN institutes as needed<\/li>\n<li>Perform oversight of MKN finances<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Fields regarding financial reporting<\/li>\n<li>Maintain communication with CoPs<\/li>\n<li>Perform oversight of social media<\/li>\n<li>Perform duties as assigned related to the MKN<\/li>\n<li>Identifying potential additional sources of funding for KM, research and outreach<\/li>\n<li>Writing funding applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MKN Advisory Panel (1 member from each partner organization)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approval of MKN policies<\/li>\n<li>Organize, host, and participate in the annual MKN Institute<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the CoP and\/or provide leadership to the CoPs<\/li>\n<li>Provide input on the strategic directions<\/li>\n<li>Encourage engagement within the CoPs<\/li>\n<li>Encourage collaboration across the CoPs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CoPs<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify CoP leads\/lead institutions<\/li>\n<li>Convene meeting of CoP planning committee<\/li>\n<li>Determine plan for populating CoP members consistent with the goals and perspectives outlined in MKN Proposal<\/li>\n<li>Determine a plan for hiring a student\/RA for the CoP<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the work of the student\/RA including submission of developed materials to the MKN Research Coordinator for posting to the web<\/li>\n<li>Complete a plan for Annual Report of Activities<\/li>\n<li>Establish a proposed annual budget<\/li>\n<li>Perform fiscal oversight of the budget (in coordination with lead organization\u2019s financial policies for reporting)<\/li>\n<li>Conduct KMB activities<\/li>\n<li>Collect data from the KMB activities as outlined and stipulated by the MKN-AP<\/li>\n<li>Report annually on activities and financial expenditures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CME &amp;
